Can you share a short description of your company?
Electronics and Telecommunications Indian Ocean offers a wide range of services in electronics and computing, from audits to equipment implementation, as well as sales and maintenance. I work with companies, such as those in the health and agriculture sectors, as well as non-profit organizations and individuals. I own and manage the company. While I work alone, I am assisted by an independent accountant and often collaborate with subcontractors.
What business problems were you trying to solve with RowShare?
I needed a spreadsheet that could be filled out dynamically and simultaneously by the people I collaborate with. I also wanted a way to track actions. I use RowShare tables to manage my inventory, share it with my accountant, and create a customer database.
I’ve also used RowShare with one of my clients in the health sector. The client wanted to centralize appointment requests coming through voicemail while their reception desk was closed due to the pandemic.
Before RowShare, I used Excel. It didn’t work well for my needs, so I eventually stopped using it altogether.

The solution is really intuitive. I did not need any help for its implementation. It also evolved a lot since I started using it and new features enabled me to do more and to do it more easily.

With RowShare, I have a complete and visual view of my activity and my actions. Thanks to a wide choice of columns, I can standardize the information and save time.
Also, the possibility to create a table from A to Z allowed me to really think about the information that were important for me.
