Hello Courtier

Hello Courtier has chosen RowShare to organize its marketing outreach. Branch manager Luidgi Ciavarella shares why he made this choice.

Could you give us a brief description of your company and your role in it?
Hello Courtier is a network of real estate and borrower insurance brokerage agencies. Founded by Medhi Dziri, who has 14 years of experience in the industry, the company now has 25 specialist brokers across five branches in Paris. We are a fast-growing SME.

My name is Luidgi Ciavarella, and I’m the manager of the Paris Le Marais branch. I lead a team of seven brokers and support my clients in completing their real estate projects. I also oversee our network of business facilitators.

What business challenge were you trying to solve when you became interested in RowShare?
We were looking for a tool to improve collaboration among everyone working at Hello Courtier (brokers, branch managers, and our president) and our external partners (real estate agencies, notaries, promoters, builders, estate advisors, etc.). The main challenge was managing our marketing outreach in a more organized and structured way and make the sales meetings more efficient, with better information flow among all parties involved.

How were you dealing with this problem before using RowShare?
Previously, everyone created their own Excel file to suit their needs. Brokers would send their file to their branch manager, who would validate and aggregate the data before forwarding it to the company president, who then had to consolidate everything.

We had considered using shared dashboards like Excel Online or Google Sheets, but these tools didn’t meet our confidentiality needs. It was out of the question for everyone to see or edit each other’s information. We also used financial simulation software essential to our business, but it wasn’t collaborative at all. We had also thought about setting up a CRM, but it didn’t make sense just for tracking marketing outreach, and the functional overlap with our business software was too great.

Why did you choose RowShare over other solutions?
We loved the rights management features—simple yet powerful. Each user can only see their own data, managers can see their team’s data, and our president can see everything, all without complicated configuration. This allows us to have centralized monitoring dashboards that are always up to date, where everyone accesses their relevant data.

We especially appreciate the collaborative features like alerts. When a reminder is set, the relevant broker is automatically notified at the right time. We’re also interested in the possibility of attaching files to the dashboard, although we haven’t implemented that feature yet.

Following up on marketing outreach used to take up to 2 hours a day, but with RowShare, that time has been reduced by at least 30%. This means we save at least 40 minutes a day—nearly 2 working days per person each month!

How did the implementation take place? How long did it take? Did you need assistance?
We first tested the free online version without any assistance. Later, we reached out to the RowShare team once we started using the business version. During our conversation, we discussed our business needs and identified which RowShare features would best help us. We also took this opportunity to improve our dashboard.

How is RowShare used at Hello Courtier?
All 25 employees at Hello Courtier use RowShare daily. After a demonstration, they quickly became proficient with the tool and even prefer it to Excel, which they’re all familiar with. As Hello Courtier continues to grow, all future employees will also use RowShare.

We use RowShare to track marketing outreach. Each line in the dashboard corresponds to an activity, which is assigned to the person responsible for it. Managers can see their team’s data, while the company president has access to all information.

How has RowShare helped you save time and money or avoid risks? Do you have any metrics or KPIs?
RowShare has saved us a significant amount of time. Before, everyone had their own Excel file, and branch managers spent a lot of time consolidating data. We also had to schedule meetings just to follow up with brokers. The inconsistency in file formats from one broker to another made data aggregation even more time-consuming.

Now, branch managers and the company president save time by accessing up-to-date information in real time. Conversations with the team focus on the marketing outreach and results, rather than the quality and handling of the data.

Brokers also benefit from knowing their data entries are correct and being able to work from their phones in the field. They spend less time with their managers, and when they do, it’s to discuss their activities, not input data.

Following up on marketing outreach used to take up to two hours a day, but with RowShare, that time has been reduced by at least 30%. This saves about 40 minutes per day, or nearly two working days per person per month!

Would you recommend RowShare?
Absolutely! I’ve worked in large companies and now in a smaller one that needs to be more agile. RowShare has met our expectations and helped us be more efficient than some of the larger companies.
